Beyond technology: Hear how technology is just the first step in uncovering the true potential of procurement transformation, and how an integrated change management and adoption approach can resolve common challenges across technology, processes and people.
Overcoming cultural resistance to change: Understand how best to approach change in organisations experiencing resistance from deeply embedded cultures and legacy systems, to achieve better end-user adoption.
