The Supplier Verified hub collects information added by suppliers into your SAP Ariba SLP, SAP MDG or SAP ERP platform and conducts those checks automatically through pre-built integration points via real-time service calls. After the checks, the platform returns a positive or negative result and enriched information.
The platform provides three core functions: Verify supplier provided data; Enrich supplier data with additional scoring variables; Reinforce through formal document digital sign off.

Verify
Company information provided by suppliers during the SLP registration process through the questionnaire is automatically verified by 3rd party data providers via real-time service calls.
The match results are then fed back into the Supplier Registration Questionnaire for review.

If an external source contains further information about the supplier, such as financial health and status, ESG capabilities, sanctions & watchlists screening results, risk assessments, or even simply address details.

DocuSign integration could be used to facilitate the signing of a Supplier Code of Conduct or NDA at the start of an engagement when it’s needed as part of the supplier registration or other onboarding process. This integration can also be used for questionnaires, forms, certificates, or supplier-uploaded attachments.
Signed documents are automatically stored within the Supplier Registration Questionnaire.
